Problem with running the game

Hello Fellas,
I have problem with running the game.I reinstal the whole game,made Pc restart and install the whole game + patch and updater.I have win 10 and checked for updates drivers etc.. but still i get this error from smart guard :Couldt start the game error code : 0301 C000007B
Anyone have same problem or can help me to join this server?

try updating windows to a newer version.
