Problem with map ingame

I need to know if anyone else has the same problem. My map ingame can be open/close with alt+m, but with "m" can only be opened and cannot be closed. The more important thing is when i open the map, skillbars cannot be used with keyboard untill i click somewhere on screen. "Enter chat" is active and I am using only files from the webside - the client and the patch, nothing else. Reinstalled the patch, deleted system folder to download it again through updater - the issue is still there.
One more thing. Remapping the skillbars is not showing for me the real keys. Even if i set 1st skillbar to be 1,2,3,4..., remapping is correctly activated, but it is still showing F1,F2,F3,F4...

I can open and close to the map with alt+m , tho i cant use skills on the skillbar after i opened the map just if i click somewhere, in that situation i have the same.
